What we covered
With CFOs under increasing scrutiny, it is beneficial to have trusted NEDs to advise and be on hand to bounce ideas off. However, the NED role is also changing dramatically and, with new corporate governance rules in place, how can NEDs be most effective for the board and not run the risk of becoming too embroiled in the business?
