Job Description

We are partnering with a rapidly growing international software (SaaS) business with offices globally. This is an exciting business that is private equity backed and has seen both organic growth and growth through acquisition. We’re looking for someone who can develop through the ranks within the business. Ideally you will have 1-3 years in a broad finance role.

We are searching for a talented bookkeeper to join the finance team to help support with business growth.


  • Responsible for full Accounts Payable including: vendor bill entry, payments, purchasing processing, employee expenses and AP mailbox monitoring

  • Responsible for full Accounts Receivable including customer invoicing, payments, collections, revenue posting, order processing and AR mail box monitoring

  • VAT compliance and returns

  • Liaising with global team members

  • Preparing and analysing financial information for general ledger entries

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Partnering cross business

  • Supporting with accounting for additional acquisitions

  • Other ad hoc duties

Ideal background:

  • 1-3 years experience in a broad finance role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Strong team work ethic

  • Competent using Microsoft Excel

  • Multi-currency experience is preferred
