Chief Financial Officer - Technology Services​

Camino Search is delighted to be working with a private equity-backed technology services/consulting business in helping them secure a finance leader for their high-growth journey. 

This Chief Financial Officer will play a strategic role on the board, working in collaboration with the CEO to drive strategy, make critical operational decisions, and enable growth. We're open to meeting first-time ambitious CFOs who've supported transactions previously or very experienced CFOs with transactions under their belts. As CFO you will help drive the business through significant organic and acquisitive growth over the next 3-5 years. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO on developing the strategic business plan and long-term financial planning for the organisation

• Where relevant, identify suitable M&A opportunities for the firm. Oversee end-to-end transaction execution and subsequent monitoring

• Oversee and finalise the board packs for the exec board and investors

• Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the finance team including developing, coaching and training

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with internal financial and accounting policies

• Own the production of timely statutory and management accounts

Qualifications and skills:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

• Experience within a time-based business

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Supported as number two or managed an exit process
