Chief Financial Officer - Software 

Camino Search is delighted to be working with a private equity-backed software-as-a-service business that is seeking a CFO to help take them through the next stage of evolution. 

We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer with SaaS experience, who will be able to collaborate with the management team and investors to achieve their ambitious growth plans. We're open to meeting CFOs who've supported transactions previously or experienced CFOs with a track record of exiting tech businesses. As CFO you will help drive this highly profitable recurring revenue-based business via M & A and organic growth.

​Responsibilities:

• Work with the executive team to achieve its growth vision (organic, partnerships, m & a).

• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.

• Manage the IT & Legal functions within the business.

• Risk management and corporate governance across the business.

Skills:

• Strong ability to influence various stakeholders

• Understanding of growth businesses and how to deal with pressures of the challenging environment

• Passion for utilising technology to drive efficiencies

Qualifications and skills:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

• Experience within a SaaS business 

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Supported as number two or managed an exit process
