Chief Financial Officer - VC backed Tech 

Camino Search is delighted to be working with a venture capital-backed tech firm that is seeking a CFO to steer their business through exceptional growth & prepare them for an exit in the next 24 months. 

We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer with high-growth technology experience, who will be able to collaborate with the SLT & impressive board of investors to help drive the businesses' growth & prepare them for a transaction. We're looking to meet with CFOs with a track record of scaling VC-backed tech firms & exciting them. 

​Responsibilities:

• Develop a first-class finance with a focus on strategy, Financial planning and analysis business inelegance & management reporting

• Take ownership of all fundraising & exit activity by preparing relevant financial models, scenario planning & decks for investors 

• Collaborate with board/ Investor keeping them up to speed with the financial health of the business 

• Driving commercial performance across the business by looking at pricing & commercial risk

• Constant process improvement across finance & the wider team

Skills:

• Know how to navigate hypergrowth technology environments 

• Operated effectively in a VC-backed environment, having raised funds 

• Ability to tell a storey with numbers & engage various stakeholders in the process 

Qualifications and skills:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

• Hyper-growth tech industry experience 

• Led at least 1 technology exit process
