​Commercial Finance Lead

We are partnering with a hyper-growth, investor-backed, fintech firm as they add a Commercial Finance Lead to their rapidly expanding team with the remit of building a best in practice Commercial Finance function division. This will be an opportunity to join a business that is going through monumental growth, scaling internationally & attracting the world's best talent.

The successful candidate will be focused on building out the businesses' Commercial Finance function, where they will be directly partnering with all global business leaders to drive business growth. This candidate will focus on a hybrid of FP&A, Strategy & Corporate Development.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a commercial function, partner with the c-suite & experience a hypergrowth fintech growth storey. The successful candidate will be fundamental in the business achieving its ambitions over the next 3 years.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the financial performance of the business, working with the c-suite to maximise performance

• Operating as a strategic business partner the organisation's commercial lead

• Corporate development duties relating to the business' impressive growth plans

• Building exceptional relationships with stakeholders to drive deal efficiency

• Support new business initiatives, including the financial & strategic analysis of new business proposals

• Support the C-suite on strategic business initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a high growth fintech

• Qualified ACA or CIMA
