We're delighted to be partnering a hugely exciting, fast-growing tech business as they look to add a Commercial Finance Director to their leadership team.

The business has experienced extensive growth in the last three years, both organically and via M & A.

As a result, the group CFO is looking to hire a dynamic and commercial professional to undertake highly value-add partnering with divisions to drive in year and longer term performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group CFO, CEO, Investors and manage a team of qualified, well-driven individuals.

We're looking for someone of high potential, who wants to take on a challenge and be a part of a growing firm.


Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including business unit leaders and functional heads.

  • Provide business insights to support key decision-making processes, including strategic planning, product development, and financial planning.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the division’s products and services, as well as the markets and customers that they serve.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and functional heads to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings as well as revenue growth initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing to maximize business performance.

  • Lead the development and implementation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Over time, support development of a broader partnering function.


Requirements


  • Experience in senior business roles with significant experience of business partnering

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and communicate complex business plans and financial models.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

  • A track record of delivering successful business outcomes through effective business partnering.

  • A passion for driving business growth and success in a rapidly changing market.
