#2 in finance - VC backed Tech (Amsterdam) 

Camino Search is delighted to be working with a venture capital-backed technology/ software company that has some impressive backers, who've got an extensive track record of impressive growth journeys & exits in the space. They're looking to supercharge their growth by hiring a #2 in finance, who will work directly with the CFO & Founder to help drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be a critical member of the team and will be working closely with the CFO & Founder to drive business growth by pursuing strategic and operational objectives. You’ll be in charge of the day-to-day running of the finance function & will be mentored by a CFO who is an industry heavyweight. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth investor-backed tech business that has great progression opportunities.

The C-suite has impressive backgrounds & will be great to collaborate with & learn from. Responsibilities:​

• Collaborating with the c-suite helping them with strategy  

• Working with external parties focusing on financial control 

• Managing, budgeting, forecasting & maintaining financial models  

• Managing finances and budgets on all active client projects

• Production & presentation of MI reports

• Consistent systems improvements & continuous finance transformation projects

​Qualifications and skills:

• ACA/ CPA/ ACCA qualified

• Audit experience
