We are delighted to be working closely with a rapidly growing international technology business. This is an exciting business that is experiencing both acquisitive and international growth – with them experiencing vast growth in the last year. As a result, the business is passionate to build up their group finance function with high potential individuals that will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth trajectory!

We are looking for someone who has the potential to drive change, work with investors and senior stakeholders, and the potential to become a CFO. This individual is going to play a critical role in the growth of the business and will have regular exposure to the executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role across the business including controllership, process and system re-design, international expansion and much more.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Transformation focused, commercial, driving growth

• Managing the monthly consolidation and group reporting process including preparing the supporting information and analysis

• Delivering monthly group cash flow reporting including relevant commentary

• Driving system improvements and changes to improve efficiencies across the group

• Preparing year-end consolidation of Group and subsidiary accounts

• Delivering acquisition accounting including working with internal and external stakeholders including the M&A integrations team

• Mentoring and managing international team members

• Other ad hoc duties

Essential background:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified

• Excellent collaborative working skills

• Strong communicator

• Great analytical skills
