Head of Group Financial Reporting
We are delighted to be working closely with a rapidly growing international PE-backed software (SaaS) business. This is an exciting business that has recently closed another funding round, raising a substantial amount by high profile investors. The business has been experiencing exceptional growth and has doubled their headcount in a year across 7 offices in 4 different continents globally with plans to grow even more!
As a result, the business is passionate to build up their finance function with high potential individuals that will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth trajectory internationally as they head to their next event!
We're looking for a talented individual to support the business on their impressive growth trajectory to help establish a first class financial controls framework. You will be responsible driving month end processes internationally, lead on external relationships with investors and other key stakeholders and will be fundamental in leading the finance team and reporting to senior leadership. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing, highly collaborative team where you will be working closely with an industry leading CFO.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Manage the financial accounting and management accounting teams
Drive improvements across the business
Review and management of the cash flow, including forecasts
Lead group wide international audits and manage relationship with audit firm
Be the 'Technical expert' across the business
Evaluate and improve the controls process
Manage technology and transformation budget
Work with the finance team to lead culture of improvement across the firm
Support M & A activities, including integration
Manage the banking relationship
Work with the leadership team to drive strategy
Essential background:
ACA/ACCA qualified
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent collaborative working skills
Multi-currency experience
Strong communicator
Great analytical skills
