Interim Finance Manager - 6 Month Contract
Camino Search has been retained by an amazing investor-backed technology firm, that has created a truly ground-breaking product that is going global in a big way growing at over 100% year on year! The business is a technology manufacturing firm that produces and harvests animal feed via sources within the ocean. They are growing at an incredible rate and are likely to go through an IPO this year which now requires the need for an Interim Finance Manager with IPO experience.
The role:
Preparation on monthly management accounts & board packs
Implementing various procedures & controls that will enable the business to continue to scale at pace
IPO Experience
Reporting/Technical Reporting
Weekly & monthly cash-flow forecasting
Quarterly & annual budgeting
Managing a junior member of staff
Various ad-hoc projects for the CFO
Essential background:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Must have previous experience of taking a business through an IPO
