​We are excited to be working with a high growth PE backed technology services firm who are in their hyper growth phase and increased their profits by over 50% within the last year. Due to this the business is looking to hire a sharp and ambitious finance manager who will play a key part in achieving their future plans.

We’re searching for a highly skilled, committed individual to support the business by joining the finance team to support with ongoing growth and acquisitive strategy. You’ll play a crucial role in assisting upper management with their finance analysis, reporting and decision making.

This amazing opportunity is best suited for someone who can help grow and enjoys partnering to assist the business growth plans. Progression opportunities are fruitful in this hyper growth business phase as the business offers fast paced progression and loves to promote from within.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The management of the Finance team alongside the senior finance team

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate production of management accounts.

  • Review accounts and highlight errors to Financial Controller

  • Collaborate with auditors and ensure the smooth running of group and local audits.

  • Production of statutory accounts

  • Help to improve and develop the finance function

  • Produce the monthly board pack

  • Ensure the team is collating brilliant data

  • Create efficiencies in processes

Essential background:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Have a good understanding of financial and operational trends

  • Brilliant communicator

  • Strong analytical skills
