Operational Excellence Lead

Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed technology consultancy firm. They're growing both organically and acquisitively and have a strong conversion for EBITDA. The business is a recognisable brand internationally and has a diversified product offering. As a result they're looking to bolster their commercial and strategic capabilities as they continue with double digit growth.

We're looking for a commercially strong and process driven individual to join the team to drive strategy, operational excellence, and develop core KPIs across the business. This is a brilliant all encompassing position in a business that values employees and progression internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving innovative analytics by collaborating with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities across departments and operational excellence
  • Leadership of analytics and performance analysis across the business to drive KPIs and optimising business performance
  • Supporting C-Suite with wider strategic work and longer-term data strategy
  • Development of strategic plans across different departments to increase profitability and business transformation

Essential Background:

  • Strong data analytics skills using tools such
  • Experience partnering senior stakeholders
  • Strong communicator
  • P&L management desirable but not necessary

  • Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge of HGB accounting standards and experience in VAT filing in accordance with HGB.
  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency (Minimum B2 level) in German is required.
