The Head of Commercial Finance / Head of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and commercial success. This role requires a deep understanding of retail, manufacturing (preferably in Asia), and European wholesale and sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both small companies and larger organizations, with a strong ability to navigate the complexities of a scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A function, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct commercial analysis, including pricing, margins, and profitability assessments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in Asia, and importing into Europe.
• SME experience essential has worked for a business with revenues sub £50m
• Understanding of wholesale and European sales dynamics.
• Experience working in both small companies and larger organizations, with a preference for scale-up environments.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

The Ideal Candidate

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent

Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from £120,000 to £160,000, plus equity.

We are seeking an experienced D365 Test Analyst for a 6-month contract, with potential extension. The candidate must have a strong background in D365 finance ERP projects and a deep understanding of the full test lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating, reviewing, and executing test cases, independently running test scripts.
• Logging defects with detail, and assisting the technical team with bug fixes and retesting.
• The role involves collaborating with the QA team, SI Partner test resources, and the functional delivery team throughout test case review, validation, and execution.
• Creating E2E test scenarios and scripts, including making adjustments to functional level test scripts to ensure that they can be stitched together to create E2E, and eventually UAT, test scripts.

Experience:

• 8+ years as a Test Analyst with ERP deployment experience, particularly D365 F&SCM/Project Ops.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven, patient, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Experienced in various IT and business projects, with knowledge of project management practices.
• Proven ability to prepare, review, and execute test cases with a passion for quality.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments and able to handle ambiguity.
• Collaborative, valuing the pooling of ideas and expertise.
