London, United Kingdom — Camino Search today announces the appointment of Cameron Sondhi as Executive Director in its UK and Europe team.

 

Sondhi brings more than a decade of experience in executive search, with a strong track record supporting the private capital ecosystem. In his new role, he will oversee the permanent and interim operations across the UK and Europe, further strengthening Camino Search’s offering to private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

His appointment follows the announcement of Darren Burns as UK and Europe Managing Director, who joined Camino Search earlier in 2026 to support and lead the firm’s growth strategy across the UK and Europe.
