London, UK – Leading independent executive search partner for the private capital-backed tech and services sector, Camino Search, today announces the appointment of Tara Ricks as a Non-Executive Director.

 

Tara is a senior recruitment industry leader, Founder, NED and business strategist with extensive global experience within several of Camino Search’s key sectors. She was Managing Director at Joslin Rowe Associates, which she grew into one of the UK’s largest financial services recruiters before being acquired by Randstad.

 

Tara is currently a member of the representative committee of recruitment’s professional body, APSCo and holds Non-executive Director and Chair positions at several recruitment companies, as well as being the Owner and Founder at Elite Advisory, and M&A advisory firm for recruitment leaders.

 

Tara’s appointment follows the recent announcement of Darren Burns, (UK and EU Managing Director) and Lydia Golds (Talent and Development Director), joining the firm in February.
