London, UK – Leading independent executive search partner for the private capital-backed tech and services sectors, Camino Search, today announces the appointment of two new Directors to strengthen its continued growth journey.

 

Darren Burns has joined as Managing Director, UK and EU, while Lydia Golds joins as Talent and Development Director for the group.

 

The appointments follow a record year of growth for the business, which saw the group expand increase Net Fee Income by 33% in 2025.

 

Darren Burns brings 25 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, having worked with leading recruiters within the accountancy and finance space.

Meanwhile, Lydia Golds joins to support our company goals through the development of our people, bringing 14 years’ experience from the recruitment sector.

The team has scaled significantly in just under two years and given that the US is a strategic focal point, a search is underway to appoint a US Managing Director.
