Our clients are a recently formed, internationally operating organisation who function in a range of industries, including SaaS and e-commerce, and having experienced large scale, rapid growth they’re looking to continue this upwards trajectory.

The Analyst will be required to examine any and all growth focused opportunities, working closely with the CEO and aiding him in the decision of what direction the organisation should take moving forward. This will include competitor analysis, preparing important presentations, m & a due diligence, amongst many other areas. 

Due to the vast levels of forecasted growth in the coming years for the organisation, the opportunity for career progression within the company is an enviable proposition for any Analyst. If the company grows as we expect, this individual will be growing their team soon. 

This role would suit an intelligent individual who is very strong at research. Perhaps you are currently in a consulting role where you have helped a range of clients and you're keen to prioritise the growth of one business. You will have an interest in business and be excited to be joining an acquisitive business. 

The Role:

  • Analyse numerous different Merger & Acquisition opportunities.

  • Prepare growth and future-opportunity based analytical reports for the CEO and investors. 

  • Prepare presentations for specific projects the CEO and exec team are working on.  

  • Market mapping and competitor analysis for the CEO and Investors. 

  • Help CEO with everything growth and opportunity focused.

  • Contribute to strategic development of the business. 

  • Undertake a growth mapping initiative, allowing the directors to make better informed business decisions such as hiring rates based off of the expected future growth of the company

  • Analyse the organisations pricing methods in comparison to competitors to ensure they are capturing market optimisation

Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years working as an Analyst within an internationally operating organisation

  • Prior experience working for a company operating within the consulting or technology sectors

  • Strong research skills

  • Good at presentations 

  • Ability to work at pace 

  • Great communicator 

  • Interested in acquisitive businesses

  • Good at excel
