​We are delighted to be working closely with a rapidly growing international PE-backed software (SaaS) business. This is an exciting business that has recently closed another funding round, raising a substantial amount by high profile investors. The business has been experiencing exceptional growth and has doubled their headcount in a year across 7 offices in 4 different continents globally with plans to grow even more! As a result, the business is passionate to build up their finance function with high potential individuals that will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth trajectory!

We're looking for a talented individual to support the business on their impressive growth trajectory. You will be responsible for playing a proactive role internationally in the month end processes for different entities, assisting with project accounting, FP&A analysis, process improvements and streamlining systems. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing, highly collaborative team where you’ll be working closely with the Global Financial Controller, CFO and the Management Team.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Oversee and produce the month end financial accounts process - including full production of management accounts and reporting

• Producing project accounting for multiple companies including WIP

• Oversight of the financial statements including balance sheet, cashflows and P&L

• Submitting quarterly VAT returns and additional compliance filings

• Co-ordination of the year-end audit and liaising with external auditors

• Assisting with ad-hoc reporting on a regular basis

• Other ad hoc duties

Essential background:

• Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent collaborative working skills

• Strong communicator

• Great analytical skills
