Onboarding at Camino Search is part of the journey. Our Global Talent and Development Lead, Lily Durand, supports both experienced consultants and graduates as they settle into the business. Lily looks after our industry-leading internal academy training programme, which equips consultants with the skills they need to support our clients and candidates.
The word 'Camino' means 'journey' or 'pathway' and we believe strongly investing in the learning and development of our people to help them develop their consulting skills. We operate an internal academy training programme that equips all graduates with the skills they need to run executive search processes and start their own journeys in recruitment.
