Lauren oversees operations and strategic initiatives across Camino Group’s UK and U.S. businesses, supporting both Camino Search and Camino Partners. With a background in recruitment and research analysis, she specialises in operations strategy, process optimisation, and project management within executive search and recruitment. A graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London, where she earned an LLB in Law, Lauren plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s infrastructure and scalability. Her work includes delivering process improvements, leading major projects such as CRM transitions and systems upgrades, and supporting international growth across multiple markets.
