Lydia is Camino Group’s Talent and Development Director, bringing over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and development. Having started her career as a Consultant, she has progressed into senior leadership, building expertise in identifying and developing exceptional talent to support business growth. She has worked closely with Sales Directors and CEOs to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies. Lydia is also focused on the development of leaders across the business.
