Oscar heads up the US Division of Camino Search. Based out of Tampa, Oscar has played a pivotal role in building our US foundations. Oscar’s journey at Camino started in 2016 initially working under Camino Partners covering finance hiring across all levels. Oscar’s core focus now is supporting investors across private equity, permanent capital, family office and venture capital areas securing top finance specialists as well as supporting team builds. More broadly, Oscar oversees wider C-suite and M&A hiring through his team. Our US function is well-versed in supporting scaling organisation and are proud to have supported assets under the likes of Hg, TA, Warburg Pincus and JMI.
