Riley Gleason

Riley sits within Camino Search’s U.S. C-suite search practice, partnering with private equity–backed SaaS businesses to place CEOs, CFOs, CROs, and other executive leaders. As one of the first U.S. hires at Camino, she played a key role in launching the firm’s North American presence, initially focusing on finance searches before moving into executive-level work. Based in Tampa, Florida, Riley holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Rollins College. She is passionate about helping growth-stage businesses scale through thoughtful, well-aligned leadership hiring. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and staying active outdoors.
