Riley Gleason

Riley sits within Camino Search’s North American C-suite practice, partnering with private equity firms and their software and tech-enabled services portfolio companies across North America to appoint CEOs, CFOs, CROs, Operating Partners, and other senior leaders. One of Camino’s first U.S. hires, she helped establish the firm’s North American presence from Tampa and brings a Business Administration and Marketing background from Rollins College, applying a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to supporting investors and executives as they scale their organizations.
