His approach blends rigorous stakeholder discovery with full market mapping, targeted headhunting, multi-stage assessment, and psychometrics ensuring only the most capable, PE-ready candidates reach the shortlist. 

Based in London and covering all major European markets, Oliver works closely with Camino’s local specialists across the UK, Nordics, and DACH regions to deliver insight-led searches at pace. His track record includes successful mandates with leading technology-focused mid-market investors and permanent-capital backers, supported by a consistent record of repeat engagements and long-term client partnerships.
