Davinder Mann: Accelerating Your Growth

​Davinder Mann began his career as a Management Accountant at KPMG in 1989. He has worked in multiple various industries and is now a portfolio Finance Director working with a variety of businesses and people.

He says, "I spent the first 10 years of my career focusing on technical experience. But once I became an FD, my role was largely centered around connections and relationships."

His talk: Accelerating Your Growth, was formulated on the ideology that if you focus on connections and relationships earlier on in your career you will not only become successful quicker but you will have a more well-rounded experience and be able to add more value to your team.

Davinder shares some useful tools and techniques to help you gain those 'soft skills' sooner and through ancedotes from his career tells the audience "what not to do"!
