Experienced Consultant Matthew Pallant Joins Camino Search Global Interim Team
Experienced search consultant Matthew Pallant has joined Camino Search's global interim and fractional appointments team to oversee mandates in the Benelux and DACH regions.
Matt has celebrated a successful three years of recruitment experience servicing private equity funds with a distinct focus on placing CFOs and transformation professionals into their portfolio businesses.
He brings experience in both domestic and European markets having previously moved to Amsterdam to set up a European office.
"Camino search is at an exciting point in its ‘journey’ with its recent opening of a US office as well as creating a strong foothold with PE clients in the UK and wider Europe. I am looking forward to helping the team continue its growth and expansion into European markets," said Matt, who is originally from Norwich and studied Marketing and Business Management at university in Nottingham before joining the recruitment sector.
Matt joins Camino Search at a period of exceptional growth, with the business undertaking major hires to support the demand for specialist service, across our global network.

In the past year alone, Camino Search has doubled its headcount to support client-led demand for its consulting services. The business has also recently appointed two additional directors to the board (marketing and L+D) and has opened two new offices in London, UK and Tampa, FL, respectively.
