TAMPA, FL, USA – Global niche tech and SaaS executive search consulting partner Camino Search has, today, officially announced the opening its first practice in the United States, in Tampa Florida.  (March 7, 2024)

The USA practice will provide a launchpad to support market growth into the USA and ensure the company’s high levels and service to candidates and clients are maintained from a new permanent location, stateside.

Although Camino Search consulting teams are already working across a wide range of client search mandates in the United States to support senior level, Executive, fractional, C-Suite and Non-Executive director/VP positions across technology and SaaS markets, the business now needs a permanent office in Florida to ensure sustainable market growth.

Camino Search Managing Director Harry Hewson, from the firm’s London office, alongside the firm’s head of M&A, Nathan Placks and its Head of US Finance Oscar Cabrera, will set up the new practice.

A new USA office will also provide training and jobs for USA-based college alumni leaving local institutions within the Tampa, Fl area.

Camino Search's move to expand into the USA follows significant investment in its operation by the leadership team, to grow the business to meet and support market and client demands.

Rapid growth from demand for Camino Search’s expertise has also led to the opening of a new City of London office near Liverpool Street Station, which will size-match the firm’s next phase of growth and headcount aspirations.

​

To further assist with its growth, Camino Search has an internal training academy which seeks to deliver first-class training function to new consultants joining the business - under the leadership of Learning and Development Director, Tina de Munnik and Talent Acquisition partner, Lily Durand.

​

The group also appointed Rob Andrews as Marketing Director in September 2023 to help grow the brand internationally.
